Once I figured out the setting to use on Cricut that didn’t cut thru both sides of the paper backing worked great. Vinyl+ setting is it if anyone else needs to know.Easier than running several rows of score tape!Detaching the clear double sided adhesive from its white sheet is nearly impossible and when you do be extremely careful handling the film because once it latches onto itself the adhesive is so strong you wound up tossing it.You'll see what I mean, purchase and waste your money.I use this for cutting glass so that I don't have to draw on my glass, I just draw on the white side of this paper, cut it out, stick it on the glass and cut around the shape.Sometimes it's hard to get it started to peel, but that's with pretty much anything with me. I haven't had any issues if it sticking to itself, but my cuts are smaller so it's unlikely to happen to me.I have long been a fan of double sided adhesive. It is . My preference for scrapbooking and crafting vs. liguid or gel adhesives because you do not get the bubbling or wrinkles afterwards . I like that this paper accepts glitter very well, so the glittered shapes I add to my scrapbook pages and cards look purchased rather than hand made I have learned over time that the application of double sided adhesives which are on paper rather than on a tape like roll can be tricky so when I am applying it to the projects I precut the shape then , if it is large enough to fold back on itself once the backing has been removed I cut the shape in half or quarters or for very large areas in strips and apply them individually to the surface. I try to start by revealing the tiniest edge possible and apply it to the object then using long tipped tweezers slowly lift the adhesive which still has the backing on both sides and gently peel the bottom backing paper off gradually while smoothing the top of the piece in the direction you are peeling. Wait until the object is completely attached to your project before removing the top protective sheet. You might want to practice with some scraps so you become proficient at laying the adhesive touching but not overlapping the first piece.. I often lightly draw guidelines when placing the adhesive in segments closely. This takes a little more effort but it is worth not having to wrestle with large sticky pieces losing your patience and having to throw the ruined adhesive sheets away. I used this to make a plastic mesh / fabric holder for pierced earrings which is rather cute and was much faster and looks nicer than if I had tried to stitch the fabric onto the mesh shape. Be sure to save the scraps when you cut your shapes out because those bits and pieces are great to use for attaching small pieces in place. I like that the top and bottom of the covers for sheets are differently colored as it makes it easier to Place your items in the right direction on your designs…a letter or number applied upside down or backwards can ruin an entire project! I think these double sided adhesive pages are a good value and will be buying this brand again.sticks very well. easy to use. quality is great, doesn’t feel like cheap paper. would definitely get more!
