After looking at a lot of similar shirts, I was worried I wouldn't be getting quite what the pictures showed, but this one was legit. As a hand-dyed sublimated shirt, there are imperfections: if the shirt is creased when dyed, it ends up making an undyed streak in the image when the crease is undone, and the suit image on mine is just a little off-center instead of lining up with the collar. But the one I got had pretty minimal flaws, I'm content to live with them. Individually hand-dyed means yours may come out a little better or worse, you'll have to weigh that risk on purchasing. I'm very happy with mine.
